As an orthodontist, I am honored to meet, become friends with, and help so many people. The relationships we build during treatment continue for many years, as do the smiles we achieve, together!

Having straight teeth improves a person’s oral and physical health. Properly aligned teeth are easier to keep clean, reduce stress on the jaw, and ensure proper chewing. Of course, the most visible result of orthodontic care is a more radiant, becoming smile: a smile that grows one’s self-esteem and the confidence with which we greet the world.

I believe each patient deserves the highest level of care, customized to their unique situation. Rather than a “one-treatment-for-all” approach, I work closely with each patient and their family. Together, we decide on a treatment plan that’s efficient, comfortable, and meets all their needs.

I want my patients to finish their orthodontic journey with a beautiful smile that lasts a lifetime– and to have enjoyed every moment of their transformation!

A large part of my commitment to my profession and patients is continuing education. It’s essential to stay current on new methodologies and technology, evaluating each development and understand how it might impact patient care.

During the year I complete many post-graduate orthodontic courses, attend meetings and seminars, and participate in hands-on events. This ensures I remain at the leading-edge of innovative care, so my patients receive the best treatment and achieve the strongest results.

Beyond the Practice

Originally from Greenwood, SC, Bend has been my home since 2006. I love living in the High Desert and take advantage of all the incredible outdoor activities available in Central Oregon.

My wife, Echo, and I have two young children: Parker and Presley. Away from the office I’m usually found with my family, enjoying different adventures. I also manage to fit in the occasional round of golf, weather permitting.
